Horror-Themed Wedding Posters
Project Description
I was approached by a couple that were looking for some unique engagement photos. They are both horror movie buffs, were planning on getting married in a theater, and had the idea to recreate the posters of their favorite horror movies! And, with any luck, they could put them on display at the theater for their guests to see when arriving. Of course I had to reach out to my partner in crime, Erica Foit for some help with the makeup (and blood), and we recreated four iconic movie posters, but with a wedding twist. I loved how these came out, and it was super cool seeing them blown up in the marquee on their wedding day!

Horror Poster References
Here you can see the reference images used for each poster concept. We changed out “Dead” for “Wed” when we could, and incorporated some references to Brittany and Justin, their wedding date, or even the fact that their wedding was taking place on Main Street (instead of Elm Street).
