Loupepalooza
Project Description
We hosted an internal invent to launch Loupe 2.0, a major release of Apex’s patented CRM application. Sticking with a loop/circle theme, we decided to host it in Indianapolis (The “Circle” City) at the Indiana Rooftop Ballroom (a circular event space). We had franchisees, top sales reps, installation managers, industry professionals, and members of the Touchstone team gather for a day to showcase some of the latest features and how it was going to impact the future of the company. I was inspired by the Lollapalooza music festival and did a parody on the branding but incorporating the Loupe moniker. I incorporated the branding into the event signage, keynote presentation and some specialty lighting. I served as the key event planner for the event and worked with venue contacts, vendors, audio/visual team etc. to execute on the experience. A favorite moment of the event was working with the lighting crew to implement green up-lighting around the room and incorporating them into a light show at the beginning of the intro video to get the attendees amped up and ready for an amazing keynote presentation!
